About Jesse Beasley
Jesse Beasley is a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation. Jesse is also recognized as a Certified Specialist in the field of Elder Law by the Ohio State Bar Association. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Jesse serves on the Elder Law Committee of the Ohio State Bar Association and is a past Chair of the Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Committee of the Dayton Bar Association. He also served ten years on the Board of Trustees for the Area Agency on Aging for Planning and Service Area 2, which provides home care services in nine counties in western Ohio.
Jesse is a graduate of the University of Virginia and Emory University School of Law. He has practiced law in Atlanta, Cincinnati and Dayton. Since 1990, Jesse has devoted his practice to Elder Law, focusing on long term care and estate planning. Jesse is a frequent speaker with consumers, medical professionals and attorneys on various Elder Law topics. He regularly participates in educational programs for the Alzheimer’s Association and other community groups.
Jesse and his wife enjoy birding, photography and spending time with their Shetland Sheepdog, Yorkshire Terrier and kitties.
